ACTION: Urge Legislators to PASS HB200 to Protect the Gila River and Stop Waste of State Funding

House Bill 200--to restore objectivity to state spending on water projects in Southwest New Mexico--will be heard by the House Judiciary Committee Saturday, February 20 at 1:00 pm.  Please inform committee members of your support. 

Sponsor Chairman Matthew McQueen and his expert witness Grant County Commissioner Harry Browne did a masterful job answering opponents questions in the House Agriculture and Water Resources Committee’s February 13 hearing. 

Please send a short email asking committee members to vote a DO PASS for HB200.  A DO PASS vote for HB200 is vote to Protect the Gila River and stop the waste of state funding.
